Got some seat time on a snowhawk.

It was not what I expected..... It was better, fun machine, and yea it was in powder.
A little bit different, on the trail it was like riding a dirt bike at the sand dunes,I never got it stuck in the pow, but I dumped it over a few times, its hard to pick up in the powder when its laid over.
Meathooker figured out that if you lift and give it some gas the track will dig in help pick it up, I just bulldogged it upright and went again.
I didn't get a chance to try and climb anything big, but you can side hill it while sitting down.

I'm not ready to run out and buy one yet (mainly cause I'm poor) but would seriously consider one in the future if I could get riding buddy's on board.

I wish more rental places would rent them. I would rent one for a day to see how they are.

I rode one in Lincoln a couple years ago. Was fun, would like to spend a day on one.

ya, but have you seen the NEW 2-ski snowmobiles?! They're awesome! More floatation in the deep, more power, better handling, climb higher and faster and farther, and run longer on the same amount of fuel!
