Freaking cat went for the open door and I one handed grabbed her. She spun and laced into me and used my pinky like it was corn on the cob while she raked her back claws into my arm. I tried to push off with my left hand and she sank her teeth into my thumb. This allowed me to toss her and she got out the door. If that ***** comes back she's getting a few loads of buckshot to the head. That is if she makes it long enough for me to get her in the cat carrier without twisting her head off. This is exactly what I was afraid she would do to a stranger. We gave her chances after her playmate got too old and had to be put down. Even bought another super friendly 6mo old and this made her worse because she would block him from food and water and we had to escort him to the dish. Friggin cats!

I still have a scar on my hand from where the cat we "had" bit the crap outa me My dog would never do that NEVER needless to say I hate cats now!!!!

Sorry to see that yours looks a bit worse than mine she kept chomping on one spot yours went nuts

You better get to the doc pronto. Cat bites have so much bacteria in them. You can't wash good enough to prevent serious infection. I've heard of people loosing limbs by not getting cat bites treated properly.

Yep, wash those cuts with hot soapy water several times. Scrub the hell out of it till you scream. Then pour alcohol on it. For the first couple days do it twice a day. I used to be a Doc, long ago. ;) Don't take antibiotics, you don't have a bacterial infection.

ouch! Cat bites suck!! I've been bit pretty bad 3 times in my life by dogs...and I still love them to death. Cats are just b!tchy..sorry for anyone that takes offense there are some nice ones.

^^^ That's just too cool. I'm one of the lucky ones, but only by extensive training by my wife. Our 4 year old Siamese Tom is pretty docile after she had him fixed as a kitten. After 4 years of bouncing off walls, coffee table, or whatever was close, about all she has to do is raise her voice to that level and he's running for cover somewhere. He does the luvy stuff with her and comes to me to play rough. He knows bringing blood won't be fun for him.

But I'm with ya Fos ..... that kitty has a bullet with it's name all over it.

Keeping it cleaned is a great idea, or better yet, go in and get it looked at.

cats are good target practice they move fast and you really have to lead them to hit them this is helpful when shooting at running white tail its good all year round practice.

My mother was bitten by a kitten once and the next day her fingers looked like bananas with blood poisoning. You should go to a doc.

dont get me started on cats..... my wife had to have one, so sure enough she gets what she wants... Took my dog out bird hunting for a few hours, come home and one of the lamps was tipped over, lightbulb (on) was touching the carpet and burning a hole into it. Luckily i didnt stop at my buddys house for a few coors lights or who knows how much damage i would have come home to.. Needless to say that cat took a ride down to the river!!!
