I'm almost identical in height/weight and arm length, so it sounds like I'm also between an L and an XL... dang. How short was the L in the sleeves? I wear long cuff gloves so it may not be an issue.
Got a sled...need the gear.

I wear long cuff gloves so it may not be an issue.I didn't try either on with my fleece so the XL might be the only one that works with layering. The L would be fine with long cuff gloves and it had wrist gaiters anyway. I'm just a picky bastard (to go along with cheap, what a great combination ) so the sleeves bugged me a little. If you get the chance to try some on then remember to put your arms out in front of you. This is how you'll be positioned all day on the sled. Some jackets I looked at bunched up a lot at the front of the shoulders/chest because they weren't designed for a "riding" position. As nice as the Klim was the zipper area in the neck was really stiff. If that didn't break-in fast I foresee a sore chin for a while.
