anyone know why nogueria is the interum heavyweight champ, did lesnar not just win the belt outright like 2 weeks ago?

Because randy retired from the UFC as heavy weight champ.So they came up with an interm belt.When Randy came back to UFC and fought Brock he was the defending heavy weight champ.Now he is nuthin.After Nogs fight the winner will fight Brock and then there will be only one heavyweight champ.
i thought he was in a contract dispute not retired?
Well he had a contract with ufc so he couldnt fight anywhere else.So he said he was retired.He was going to go to court but decided to come back and finish off his contract.
