Got a jingle noise coming from the front and i can't find it.

2012 pro rmk has a jingle/tinging noise coming from the front end. Seems like it's under the hood. Chaincase was just replaced. I can't find anything. any suggestions?

Your ski loops are probably loose. I had the same problem, thought it was under the hood but it was the ski loop

Check your clutch, I bet the retaining nut came loose I had one do the same thing on my 09 dragon a couple years back. They are notorious for coming loose....

2012 800 pro.i think i got the same noise sounds like a penny rattling around in a glass? id shure like idea. ski loops tight exhaust shield clamps tight secondary bolt tight noise driving me nuts.

Silicone all your exhaust spring with high temp silicone then see if it still jingles. Just a thought. I got to do this on mine cause it does jingle too.

Check the spider lock nut in the primary clutch, should be visible on the sled. It will be backed off loose and jingling around. Common with the P85.

My 12 800 PRO has had a little jingle sound from the first ride. No broken primary spring, no loose primary jam nut. It seems to come and go.
I thought it was my imagination, but maybe not?

Is it only when it idles? Mine seems to do that too, when idling. Makes me wonder if it's not a bushing/roller on the clutch has some play in it. Just a thought.
