They had some factory reps there from Canada and Europe. They were going over they new engine upgrades and some minor issues the 09's are having.
(1) Told me I needed to spray the clutch solenoid with WD and tap on it to work it in there. Some at the factory have been cleaning the solenoid with ammonia. This causes it to corrode and stick.
(2) Pull the fuel pump fuse and clean connectors. Lube with dialectric and replace 1/4 amp fuse with 1 amp.
(3) The clutch helixes are .0001 to big causing it to stick sometimes. Some do some dont.
(4) The oil pump cable needs checked periodically to see if it has stretched. He said watch the plugs for a lean condition.

Got a skid plate, gas can, pack, 3 year warranty extra belt.

Sled 7,600 plus tax extras and warranty brings it to 9,400 out the door.

I am sure some of these have been posted on here in the past. I thought I would pass this on. Hope it is useful for some.

I hate to say it I dont know for sure. They showed it to me and where to spray it. Not sure what it does and I may have the terminology wrong. I would imagine someone on here may know what I am talking about and chime in?

its not the clutch solonoid but the dpm solonoid, its the little silver thing bolted to the side of your dpm manifold.

I asked about that. The mechanic told me my bearings were sealed. I wasnt sure if he was talking about the sleds or mine.
I hate it when the muffler bearings on my sled need to be replaced, i always replace them with a higher quality unit. Also keep an eye on your blinker fluid levels......oh wait, thats only on cars......;)
