Gooseneck conversion for V-nose trailer

So I'm looking at buy a 32 foot Trition non enclosed bumper pull V-nose trailer. If I get it I'm going to try to convert it to a gooseneck. I have a few ideas on how to do it but would like some opions and to see if there is any one out there that has done this. I've got a glance at a 4 place that some one converted but it was passing thru town and I didn't get a good look on how they did it. This trailer will be used in the summer for whitewater rafts so I can't just buy a enclosed trailer.

Neighbor has an enclosed that he bought this way, fairly simple, just cut the tongue close to the shell and up with the neck. I have done it on a few heavier flatbed trailers for farm use and after seeing the enclosed one was about is simple as it gets. Pulled it out to CO and was worth the modification for as simple as it was. Not a close up but all I have.
