If you reload, get a .20 Tactical upper receiver for your AR. .204 ruger performance using 5.56 brass necked down to .20 caliber.

I own one and it is a little laser beam. Don.t need any other magazines either.

I would suggest a .204 as well. Pretty versatile gun all around that you can use to coyote hunt, praire dog hunt or just about any varmit you want to shoot. Gun will also bring down something as big as a deer if you hit it in the right area. I have a savage .204 and couldn't be happier with it. It is my go 2 gun no matter what I am shooting. Hardly no recoil and very fast round.

Hand loads and 223, 22-250, or 220 Swift make for good medicine for varmints from prairie dogs to coyotes. I shoot a Swift, but any of these loaded with a 55 grain bullet are hard to beat.

Remington 700 in a 25-06 or 220 swift. Hot flat rounds that are accurate. A plus with the 25-06 is you can load 180s and hunt deer. 204 is a good round too but I'd take my 22-250 over the 204.

I shoot deer with mine most years. Too expensive to shoot the 300 Ultra Mag.

.204 is the best all around gun i've ever shot bar none.

I'll vote for the .204 as well. I have one in a Cooper M21 and it is as sweet and accurate as you'll find in an off-the-shelf. Added a 6.5-20x40-Leupy on top and it will do everything that I ask of it for coyotes and anything smaller. Yes, it is a spendy rig, but I think that it is worth it. You will have to go to a 22-250 or bigger to find anything comparable in ballistics.
