I thought it would be nice to let you guys know when someone does a good deed out of the kindness of their sole. Not all deals are bad. I had been looking for a summer project sled for a month or so. I finally found one close to me so I bought. Tear into it and find out it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for but none the less I wasn't blaming anyone. I got on here looking for some goodies and such and got in touch with Seedie_man (Steve) from grand rapids MN and he contacted me with a complete machine matching mine just had some chassis damage. Perfect I thought, I will make 2 in to 1 great machine problem was how was I going to get it to eastern MT. He said he comes through my town several times a sledding season and would gladly drop it off to me, no money down or anything. I agreed and thought I could wait. Just so happens I had some friends in his area that would pick it up for me and bring it to me. I called and discussed it with Steve, he said no need to send any money till I seen the sled and it was what I was looking for. Well I got the sled and sent him the money for it.
I thought I would share my experience with all of you to let people know there are still good people in this world, that you can trust without even knowing them.

My good deed story--

At the Colorado Springfling, I was running low on oil and (I thought) fuel. The fuel issue was probably a fuel gauge but the oil issue was my bad. Steamboat Powersports provided a quart of oil and the couple of gallons it took to fill the gas tank. Then, they wouldn't take my cash. (I got even-- I sent them money).
Just offering fuel and oil was a good deed; trying not to charge me was above and beyond.
