First off, many thanks to those that have made the cool little get-a-way for those that know it is there!!
Now, for the axxholes that decided to KICK the friggen door in, cause you were to lazy to dig the bottom of the door out, it's all fixed as of today.

So if you are looking for a few EXTRA nails to hang your gear from, they are now in the door!!!
Just had to vent, keep this up and it will be gone for good!

SMITTYS800............thank you for taking the extra time to fix what never should have happened. Some people I guess have no clue that others are appreciative that it is there. It is really nice at times to go back there to warm up and have a drink and rest.

Y-dog..............i've pulled up before also where the door was wide open and filling up with snow. I think that since the door won't close because of snow in the way, people are lazy to clear it out of the way so the door will close freely.

Nice little warming hut.........lets all keep it that way.

Once I came upon the Park Butte Lookout at Baker and found the stormdoor off the front door open and beer cans filled the small trash can. I came to the conclusion that stupid inconsiderate people SUCK!

Those bottles have been in there for a few weeks now. I was going to pull them out but didn't have a big enough bag for all the crap. Maybe need to put a trash can up there!

and while we're on the topic of beer trash....... DON'T LEAVE YOUR CANS ON THE HILL!! My hubby's sled came back loaded with CHEAP beer cans, and he doesn't even drink anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aren't people amazing! I about brought this up on here a couple of weeks ago about the cabin at Greenwater. Real nice cabin - littered with I'll bet three 30 gallon trash bags worth of cans ( mostly beer). My wife and I were in there and there were a group of 6-7 guys. My wife tells it like it is - one guy adds to the pile , so my wife says " ya , just add to the pile arsehole ".
Just kind of looked with a blank stare - then his buddy added another. Needed an arse-whoopin' but figure it may go to 7 on one ! DISGUST.

And the tower at Gold Creek is not a Bud can dumping ground either. Thanks to the three with the Skidoo rev and the old lowrider Polaris..black with the purple accents. Be thankful that Bobnoxious from Wenatchee picked them up...probably a real lucky thing for you as you drove off tossing your last cans, that we were off the sleds with gear off!

Warming Hut

I just came back from Price Creek and hit the mic.
Trails to mic just groomed at 1:00 PM today (Monday)
I also stop at the warming hut and cleaned out all the beer cans, almost ever empty bottle of hard liquor except the ones on the mantel over the fireplace.Hey guy's and gal's please remove you garbage and not leave it in the mountains. There is another reason for the park rangers to tear down our warming huts. P.S I closed the door!
