going to weld on my 900...precautions!!!

I gotta do some tig welding on my 900 cfi. Just wondering what all precautions I should takeso I don't fry anything?? Im gunna unplug my ecu and un hook the chassis ground over by the secondary! Anything else???? I know these sleds have some bass akwards electrical system, and i'd rather be safe than sorry!

Yes, unplug chassis engine connection, chassis hood connections and ground. As soon as ground is dis-connected make certain flywheel (engine) does not get rotated-even a little, when your work is done re-connect in rev. order. What ya weldin?
