Going to my first concert Motley Crue!

So I am heading to the crue show down at the Xcel Energy Center tomorrow. Free ticket and we have a suite, free beer and food.

Anyone else going? How is MC live?

I can't believe I have never been to a concert so this should be pretty good.

sounds like the price is right for some geriatric rock. saw them a few years ago when they came thru town, wasn't too bad, wasn't great, but not too bad.

If you ask anywond who knows music at all and asked what are a few of the heavy metal bands of all time - they would be on the short list......

My buddy's dad was their private pilot (wouldnt you know he was a devoted mormon!!!!) anyway he got to go to the crew days golf tornament and got to hang with Vince for the day. His accout is that Motely still is the epitomy of ROCK AND ROLL......DRUGS SEX AND ROCK AND ROLL, they are still all about it!!!!

I am a devoted Crue fan, and their latest album is very good, been waiting for a good album from them since Dr. Feelgood and this is it, tells the story of their career, good listening.

Their 1st CD was so-so. I think their lastest is pretty damn good.

I seen 'em in August, I think. They opened for Puddle of Mudd and T.O.A.D.M. was WAY better, IMO.

Muddle of Pudd (thier newest album is a complete rip off of Nirvana IMO) is a talentless band IMO. I cant believe anyone likes them, but then again people also like Hinder...yuck. Oh and BTW who is TOADM? I have never heard of them. any good?

They had this whole city yelling a high pitched "W-H-O-O-P !!" for months after the concert

My first concert experience was a great one. BTW I didn't know you could pretty much show a **** movie on the stage screens during a concert. Holy crap!

The crue still rips for a bunch of old farts. And I honestly hate Hinder but thought they were really good. Even better then TOADM.

Just purchased tickets to another concert Gary Allen at the Casino haha! Girlfriend should have a good time at this one. Won't be as good as the Excel but whatever.
