I see a ton of prices all over the board on the KK and 1M sleds. Some people asking upto $5,000 for a stock sled. I have been thinking of putting my sled up for sale to upgrade and have been turning over the price. I'm thinking of starting at $3,250.. It is an '05 KK with an SLP can and good maintance. No real performance upgrades like I see some others but still a great sled. What have people been getting for their sleds?

As far as I am concerned "performance upgrades" do not add much value, so I wouldn't price it lower because of that. In fact I'd never buy a sled that had anything more than a can on it, so being close to stock may increase your pool of interested buyers. Im my opinion used sleds are like women... you want one that looks good, hasn't had a lot of work done and hasn't been riden too hard. These can be hard to come by.

I recently spent a ton of time looking for a 1m 900/KK and found most 900s to be $3000-$4000 and KK $3500-$4500. If yours doesn't have more that 3000 miles on it and is in good shape I would think you could get more than $3250.

Check KSL.com classifieds for comparisons.

Good luck!

I sold a '05 KK with 558 miles on, truly next to perfect condition. It was for sale for a long time and all I got was $3200.00. FYI.

What some of the dealerships are now doing with holdover M-series sleds (super low prices-- along with warranties), is not going to help the used sled market if the buyer(s) are knowledgeable.

I got my 04 900 mc this fall for $2,900 with about 2k miles (no speedo/odometer so no exact mileage and probably should be replacing that bearing soon), so a bit more for one without the speedo problem sounds reasonable. Mine also was maintained reasonably, but not great. A friend paid $3,500ish for an 04 kk in better shape with around 1k miles. I would go for $3,500 OBO if I were you.

used 1M or KK

I'm shopping for one of these right now, I'm in northern BC Canada. Most people in my area are looking for between $4000-$5000 here. Prices are always a litle higher here than in the USA.

I'm going to let my sled go for $4,500. I'm trying to sell it quick so I can upgrade to an M8 I have my eye on. Please let me know if anyone is interested at this LOW price. You can see more pics on the for sale area.
