Ladies,

My wife has been having the hardest time with getting a goggle that fits well. I have every kind of goggle from 509,scott,spy you name it she has tried. She just can’t find one she likes.

She currently has a Klim helmet and loves that it just seems it hard to find a goggle to fit it.

I have somewhat the same problem with my Klim helmet and 509 goggles but I think I have just learned to live with it.

So ladies what kind of goggles do you have?

What kind of helmet do you wear to go with them?

Any help is much appreciated as a happy wife is a happy husband.

Thanks
Mike

Mike,

I have had Scott's both the older style Voltage and the old 89 series. I loved both styles.....This year I am going to try the HaberVision Goggle and sunglasses. I have heard great things on these goggles I will let you know as soon as I get a chance to try them out!!!!

We are Haber reps. I ride with the Riva's these are a smaller fitting goggle and have no problems whatsoever. Here are a couple of pics:

They also come in a couple of other frame choices:

riva white and silver.jpg

They come in both an optical orange lens and a vermillion.

Another line we carry is UVEX. I loved these goggles:

It is really hard to find a nice pink/purple goggle but these babies rock!!

Hope this helps!!

Take care

Like the color of the Oakley, the thing I see is there is some open space above the goggle which could lead to some frost bite if a face mask isn't wore.....but the goggles all work different with helmets.....I think trying multiple brands with the specific helmet is about the only way to go, unfortunately unless you are in a bigger town/area it is tough to find a dealer that has a great selection.

Hi Mike

I think your wife will like the Riva as well. The Riva is 10 mm narrower built for women/children and smaller faces in general.
Is her helmet the Klim F4? I will be riding with that helmet this year and had an F4 as a demo and had the chance to put several different HaberVision goggles on it. Good fit with my face.

Everyone will have a different fit, depending on face shape, size and helmet.

HaberVision has a satisfaction guarantee. IF you don't like the fit, the lenses the color, whatever it may be. We will refund your money. Obviously we will try other lenses or goggle models first but in the end if you are not happy with our product, we don't want you stuck with a product you don't like, so we will refund your money.

Right now the Riva is also on special for $109 with the Eliminator combo. I am pretty sure this is the same goggle that Kristine is wearing. Mike give me a call and I can get you setup in something that you don't have to "settle" on.

I've currently have a 509 helmet and goggles. The fit is awesome, no gaps, no fogging, I'm very happy with the set. :face-icon-small-hap

Has she test fitted any other brand helmets? I would say if you have tried that many goggles with similar results, explore a different helmet. You will probably find a better combo out there with your existing goggle line up.

I'm using the BRP carbon fiber helmet and 509's, although my backup goggles (not that I ever use them) are Scott 89xi's. Both goggles fit fine. If it's cold air hitting parts of her face she's not happy with, the Scott's have more foam on the outside that helps fill in the gap, but what I do is wear a balaclava to cover my neck and forehead, and then a No-Fog mask to cover my mouth/nose and when I have that setup on I have zero exposed skin on my neck or face.

Well we went out snowmobiling this weekend again with the 18+ inch of snow we got in Minnesota. I had her wear my 509 as I have had them for 2 years and have not fogged up on me once.

After a little getting use to she likes the 509 now. Its a good thing as I order two pairs early in the week.

I appericte all the information and feedback in the end I wanted to stick with something that I know works.

Thanks again
