GM is back for more money.

Guys read the article.

It's GMAC and Chrysler Financial they're talking about.

I like a good government bash as much as the next guy, but keep it focused in the right place.

Don't care.
Enough's enough.
GMAC is a sub company of the parent company General Motors. They split off but are still controlled by GM.

"GMAC, the financial lifeline for General Motors Co., Chrysler Group LLC and their dealer networks"

First line.

uh huh, and the President of the United States isn't suppose to be able to fire CEO's and limit pay for execs.
Where did all our bailout money go?
When you piss in the wind, do you know where all your little drops of urine land?

I say UP THEIRS. As far as I am concerned neither GMAC or Chrysler Financial are too big to fail.

That is kind of like, "There you stand all spic and span, where were you when the chit hit the fan."

What is it going to take for people to wake up?

GMAC can eat it! We should have never gave them any money in the first place. Nobody gives me any money when I make bad business decisions. I have to eat it!

I,m in the Construction biz and having a hard time getting projects to move forward because the banks won't lend any money (one of the reasons). How many people are employed in the constr industry? Where is our bail out?

If you want to keep being wrong, go right ahead.

GMAC's controlling interest is owned by Cerberus Capital Management. GM has not been in control of GMAC since '06. Cerberus also owned 80% of Chrysler. Connect the dots.

GMAC is also Chrysler's wholesale and retail financing source.

Without GMAC General Motors goes POOF!.
They are the financial arm of GM.
They may not be directly controlled by GM, but GM can't survive without em.
So from my reasoning, that is the same thing as giving GM more money. They will give money to GMAC so they can continue to make car loans for GM and Chrysler.

Expect a cease and desist order from Captain Obvious.
