Can I glue this? I would really like to ride this weekend. My wife suggested duct tape.

I would be surprised if any glue would hold that but somebody had a thread about using glue on a track, I'll see if I can find it. If that A20 is a 162 I have one in good shape and drilled about like yours I could maybe get to you by the weekend, it is near Idaho Falls. I would take $225 shipped to you.

i think zip ties might work better than glue! maybe gorilla glue at the least!!:D or just let off the gas every time the bad spot hits the drivers?

sorry man dontwaste your time driving up there. the track under load will pull past the idlers at the rear top. near your rear brackets.

I know it happened to me. then when it sucks through, if under load your be buying rear suspension components.

I have a 162 track sitting if you want to swap it out, or rent a sled. the repair bill will be the same.

wow look like its goin to rip in half soon and i noticed that rod is alittle bent? that wont last long!

I can understand drilling your track full of holes to lose some weight but how much weight do you lose by removing your hyfaxes.

HA HA! I had to go back and look and I'll be, no hyfax. WTF!!

Your done unless you get another track.

I bought the track already ported. I agree, I am not sure porting that much is worth it. I think they were 1 1/4 inch holes. The track is 5-6 years old and I got my money worth out of it. The hyfax was there until the tip of the rail stabbed the track and destroyed the track and the rail on that side. The hyfax is in pieces, some on the mountain and some in my garage. It was a beast to ride back to the road where the truck could get to me. It stuck 4 more times in the 1 mile to the road (lucky I was close at the time it happened). The good thing is that I have another sled to finish out the season and can fix this one over the summer. The bad part is I hate to put a sled away for the year this early. I have no intentions of fixing this sled this year, just thought you guys would like to see my destroyed track.
