My favorites are all leather Riemas. The leather breaks in to fit your hand unlike the synthetics which never mold to you. That said I have horrible circulation and have frozen hands all of the time so this year I broke down and went for heated gloves. I pick-up a set that use 7.0 Li-Ion batteries with four settings and they are awesome! I figured that they'd be warm but pretty useless for real riding, that I'd wear 'em on the trail to the god stuff, but that are a perfect riding glove, anyhow I could go on but battery-powered heated gloves are cool, if spendy, $160 ish, I call it money well spent
