This dealership has gone above and beyond for customer service.They have sold several of the sleds for The Boondockers video crew. This all relates to advertising for Polaris which I doubt the Higher ups even know about. It seems like Polaris is making this dealership jump through hoops that others aren't required to do. I get the feeling that Polaris wants this Dealership out so the other local dealership can do all the business. I have talked to other dealerships in different states to see what Polaris is asking of them and it doesn't seem the same. When my local dealership trys to talk to anyone above their rep they can't even get a phone number of someone higher up to talk to about this. I had a snow checked sled coming but if they aren't going to be my dealer probably just going to cancel.

Try writing a letter to their headquarters in Medina MN via US mail.
