For those of you who have ran a "gauge cage" (AMP or WildChild's) in extremely deep pow, have you had any issues with snow or melting of snow running down the inside of your hood and getting on your clutches?

Thanks :beer; :beer;

Ive never had trouble with snow going through my AMP gauge, only had sled for the last few months of last year but was in alot of deep snow.

I had it installed for lots of over the hood snow last year and never had a problem.

I never had any problems with snow getting in the gage cage either.

I spoke to the guys at AMP a couple weeks ago and they plan to also offer a nlyon version of the gage cage. It should be a great product and be about 1/2the price of the aluminum version.

The gage cage is an awesome product.

Just installed Wildchilds gauge cage!! Looks and works great!! He also made me a mount for my AEM A/F guage off the side of it!! And some mesh for it so the snow wont fly in!! Very sweet setup..

Want to say I got mine for $100.00 shipped.... I THINK.... PM wildchild on the forums, he'll hook you up!!!!

Here are a few picks of my gauge from wildchild. Taken with my phone so not the best pics. I will try to get better ones.

Not yet, they're supposed to have something coming out in the future, don't know when though.

That's why I went with the wildchild cage. His were ready to go for the older 05-07 models AND the gauge is adjustable.
