Gas Gauge NOT Working?

My gas gauge is not working. it says my tank it full but its not. Any way to reset this? thanks for the help.

gas guage not working

you may hav a blown .25 amp fuse . it is located inline out of tank behind air box

Several xp's came from the factory with the fuel sending unit fuse blown, including mine. replace the fuse and it will work like it should.

Hey guys feel the pain in the ars. My '09 xp is almost opposite of your symptoms. Mine says that I am empty and starts beeping and it is not. Annoying.....I'll check fuses. My oil is the same way when pointed down hill. The led says low oil and beeps.??

I had the exact same thing happen from new. The dealer said there is a screw adjustment that they turn and it fixes the problem. I thought it was the fuses too, but it wasn't. The screw adjustment must just boost up the electrical amperage to fine tune the gauge

Where is the srcew? I would love to fine tune my 10k$ sled that can't tell me how much f'n gas is in it....Agrivating...post back if you find out how to get er done.

Sorry guys, i didn't get a chance to ask where it was, if you stop by the dealer, i'm sure they'll show you on a sled on the floor.

They are all POS it seems on the 09's.
