Well after many months of phone calls and some help from a snowest member,I finally found a Garrett dealer for Canada to do the exchange program. They are Performance Turbochargers in Fontana,Ca. Tel # 909-429-7200.They are very good to deal with and they service all of western Canada from Winnipeg west. The way it happens,so that you are not waiting,is that they send you a new chra at full cost so you can ensure that it is tha right one,you send in your old one and they re-imburse you the core charge.
