Big Chute Turbos Are Finished

It's the stock turbo with a 65mm recartridge upgrade. The kits are 250hp pump or 275hp 100LL tunes. The Super Chute kits are spec built garret ball bearings. Power ratings in those kits range from 260 pump to 350hp. All hp ratings dynoed at Evo's shop at 6800' in Colorado.

The Big Chute Turbo is the stock 1100T turbo with a new billet compressor wheel and new compressor cover. The assembly is VSR spin balanced for maximum performance and longevity. The turbo 100% bolts up to the factory header and factory exhaust. A free flowing exhaust is required. The turbo is matched to a custom mountain ECU tune specifically for this turbo and whichever fuel you intend to run (93 or 100)

Our Super Chute turbo is a brand new ball bearing turbo with an unbelievable spool up and a much higher horsepower potential than the Big Chute. Big Chute's are good for 300 hp, Super Chutes have the capability to reach 400 hp. Super Chutes are a slightly more complicated install because you have to change the factory oil line to the one we supply and there are few extra brackets to support the turbo. You also have to run our exhaust which is a full 3" divorced dp and silencer. This turbo also bolts up to the factory header.

Both of these turbos are custom made for us specifically for the Arctic Cat 1100T.

I want to say thanks to Jim at Evolution Powersports and JustBoostIt for taking the time to answer my questions, as a result I will be rocking a Big Chute 250 kit on my M1100 this year. There is a TON of R&D that went into these kits, and it is apparent that Jim at EVO has a huge passion for snowmobiling, and takes pride in his craft - not something you see a lot of these days. JustBoostIt, thanks for dealing with a crazy person like myself - I forsee you selling a bunch more stuff not only to me, but to those who'll get a chance to take my sled for a rip this upcoming season. You guys are a class act, and your passion for the sport is second to none. Keep up the great work.

Hell I'm not even in this market yet ( hopefully someday) and I'm all tingling and got goose bumps!

Sure hope to see one of these beasts on the mtn this year.
