unknow amount of fresh on the road on the way up, I have never seen it that deep on the road. It took 4 hours to break trail up the jeep trail, it was almost dark when we made it to the lake, high winds and snow will most likely fill in the trail tonight,,,,there was a snow blower in the snow park today if that tells you how much snow is there!!!!!!!! post pic tomorrow if I get out of bed!!!

its been a long time since we have seen that trail that hard to break into, and considering how much better the sleds are today then they were years ago, that's saying something.

I was just down the road from there, this was the best snow I remember having in Wa. in alot of years. Great ride!! Rode Fri and Sat....I wish I had the energy for a 3rd....too old and fat!!

4 hrs??? Damn, I'm impressed, thax for doing that...I HATE the jeep trail. I'll probably wait a few weeks and sneak in between the trees when the avy danger is less.

I would not use that route, it is still loaded and is waiting for the trigger which will result in another bad avy like the one that took out all the trees in that area!!!!!!!!! there was one side past the jeep trail and past the short cut on the corner that drops down that last concrete creek crossing that had to go over a 100 yards through the trees and crossed the road on the flats!!!!!

that snow bank you are next to is big....what is it....4-5 ft high? good thing you had your platform boots on or you would look short next to it.....

the only action was with the shovel exept when I sidehilled low and past everyone stuck on the last 50 yds to be the first one in even with a bad primary clutch with only 2 good towers, ya baby, gallagher lake was great when your first
