I know a lot of folks have been looking at this stuff for a few years, and I'm sure it will see a decent amount of folks giving it a try.

Beware though... according to the home depot reviews, it won't make mesh running shoes waterproof, and it doesn't hold up forever on a garden spade:crazy:

Accepting the fact that it won't last forever, like DWR on a new coat, I think it's a pretty cool product. $20 for 10-15 square feet is a tad pricey, but it's cheap compared to the competition. $20 to treat a tunnel & running boards for a few months seems worth it to me. Hell, some days I'd pay that to make the snow stop sticking for an hour!! :D

Still a white haze. Looks the same as ULTRA ever dry... which didnt do crap after putting it on my sled aluminum. Stopped working on my sled plastics and driveway shovel too after a few uses...but the haze remained

I'm curious to see how long this stuff lasts... hopefully longer than that, but we'll see.

Didn't somebody already test this out. Works with liquid H2O but very poorly with the frozen version. And the abrasion of the snow removed any working effect quickly

Yes, already been tried in our industry a couple of times. I bought the Ultra Ever Dry, and it worked well with liquid on hard surfaces that didn't move, but the gloves and boots i tried worked the first couple times then wore off. Cool idea, no practical application in moving products yet...
