I did not see any smart-alek comments in Darryls reply to you.
I don't understand your strong reply to him.
What I see is a vendor who makes a high quality product... take time from his day to give you a sincere thoughtful reply and offer to give you a refund on your purchase even though it was used.
To me, that is top-drawer customer service.
AND... for a vendor to come on here and offer direct support to our readers is EXCELLENT outreach to the public and his customers....
We NEED more vendors like Cyclops.
Turn this into a constructive situation... take advantage of a situation where the vendor sincerely want his product to flat out work for his customers....
Post up some photos of your particular setup... show what you would like to see.
