FYI Gauge relocations for the pro ....sale!

Picked up the sled yesterday and installed gauge lifter today. Looks good, can see the numbers even better. For my install I chose to use 3M body moulding tape instead of drilling 4 holes. Its on there and only took seconds to mount.
Thanks again for a nice product.

Can you get that anywhere or do you have to look at specialty outlets?

Mine arrived today. Nice job wildchild! I love all the adjustability on it. :face-icon-small-hap

Any body shop or auto store, just ask. I got mine at Auto-zone or Checker. It is 3M VHD body tape the same thing that GoPro uses on there camera mounts, Lund uses for the fake hood scoops, Warn uses on fender flares, ect.
I got to take the sled out this weekend, temp was 25* and I threw snow on the hood and then tugged on the mount. Result whole hood would lift, not going anywhere.
FYI I just placed two strips down the horizontal sides, cleaned plastic and metal with acetone (rubbing alcohol will do) and stuck the gauge lifter in place. Key is to get the two surfaces clean.

Good luck

can anyone show me a better pic of the back of the bracket mounted to the dash i mocked mine up and looks really close to the key if i have gloves on i dont think i will get them in there to use the e-start. just wondering how far away your are from the key and if they are still straight or if you had to move them to the left side of the sled.

here are two shots of my gauge.
One straight on and other with gloves. I do not have e start but all are the sam and I have no problems turning the key to start with gloves.
Go up a few posts and I have a side picture of mine mounted.

**update the tape did not hold on the key side, got wet and froze, releasing the bond. Other side held. I installed the screws.***

Love mine.
No snow on my gauge now.
Can see my numbers when I stand or sit.

Only thing I have to get used to is the vibration of the gauge at certain rpm ranges because I have the gauge extended out a long ways.
