As a business man myself, it's hard for me to slap the mistake label on ordering product you must know that you can't pay for then selling it out cheap anyway. If you keep any kind of check ledger you must know what kind of cash flow you have on any given day. If you truely operate a legitimate business you should have credit of some sort that you could have used to pay your bill with.
The way this whole thing went down, sounds more like pre-meditated than oversight. I have had oversight before and it resulted in quick payment by me with appologies all up and down. Selling some product, returning some product, then delay in final payment just doesn't sound like an honest mistake to me.
I think if anyone is going to use the word mistake, it's probably Tom. My choice would have been to make things right to the point that Tom posted that I was legit rather than posting it myself. But thats just me.
Time will tell for ya man, but I would slide this one into the "what not to do" file. Good luck. EW
