FXR Warranty

Has anybody here had to warranty anything from FXR before? My leg zipper fell apart and I'm having a terrible time getting them to respond to my emails and phone calls. Its like they don't even care that i own over $1500 worth of their gear and I'm having trouble with something that was purchased directly from their website. I know alot of people are gonna say shoulda bought brand ______, fill in the blank with your brand of choice. All i can say is that i probably will not ever purchase anything with the letters FXR on them again! :frusty:

Dealt with a lady in the warranty department a few years ago in regards to a brand new, tags still on pair of gloves that had stitching missing on one of the fingers. She was a NASTY B and would not even try to help. Needless to say, I have spent $3000+ On gear since and not a penny has gone to them a not a penny will- ever again.

After emailing and calling them for the last 2 months to get something done they finally picked up the pants for warranty. I have sent them at least 8 emails, most of which I still have in my sent folder and I have called them at least 5 times. I will update as to what they say/do for me. It better be a free repair job or else smoke is going to roll out of my ears and i will not buy their products ever again.

Hope you have your receipt :)

I had a pair of gloves that ripped at the seams in multiple places after just normal use. Took them to the place I bought them at, they sent the info off to FXR and had them warrantied in under a month. Pretty easy IMO.

I have an FXR coat that I have been happy with and bought my daughter some BOA boots for this winter. I have my fingers crossed.

I guess i forgot to mention that it took over 2 months for them to finally pickup my mission x pants and denied my request about the boa focus boots that have a broken boa guide on the tongue because i purchased them off of ebay brand new instead of from a dealer. I understand the boots because they didnt come from a dealer but me having to call them and email them repeatedly to get my pants fixed really frustrates me. I feel that if i did not take time to call them that they would not have done anything about it because they were not responding to my repeated emails.
