Im looking for a sub $250 pullover or slim (none or thin insulation) jacket. I am mostly concerned with breath ability and waterproofing, and will layer for warmth.

I've also eyed this one:

Cant decide. I want to stay away from the super spendy Klim gear.

The Klim Powerxross isn't much more expensive and it is made with Goretex. I have no personal experience with FXR stuff, but you get what you pay for when it comes to good riding gear.

I see it for $280 on Klim's website, where is the best place to go to get that down a tad?
