fusion clutch

I got a primary clutch from a polaris fusion, will this work on my 700 vertical edge. Any drawbacks?

I went to put this clutch on my 03 700 vertical edge today and the tapered hole is much bigger then my clutch, the date code on it says 06 and is suppose to be off a fusion. Any idea what this clutch may fit? It will be up for sale. Thanks.

the IQ 700 and 900 had a bigger tapper thats why it won't fit.

So what years of sleds will this fit, I want to put it up for sale.

The number on the cover is 1322664 and I believe it has the 32mm taper if I measured it right. Just would like to know what sleds used this bigger taper so I can sell it. Its a new take off. Thanks

i put an 06 900 clutch on my 03 700 xc the only thing is I needed to get a insert 4 the bolt because on the 900 the insert is smaller then 03 bolt insert. the clutch works good so far

i took the sled out again and now i am havin some issues with it sticking alittle bit just wish thing would good for me on this clutch sick of replacing them on this sled 4 one in a year bummer but the sled is a goot one runnes good just the clutch issue the sled is an 03 700 xcsp streched to 144 2 inch,boostbottle,v-force3

Like Dave said, the 2006 900 STOCK 900 30mm clutch would fit... If the sled was updated to the new 32mm crank... well then, it wont.

The 32mm clutches with the large bearing covers fit the CFI 700 & 800's from 2007 thru 2011.

Did you gear down when you installed your 144 track? If you are going through clutches sounds like you didn't gear it down enough or something else is wrong. Should be able to go 5k miles before you change out your primary.

well i did chage the gears but i forgot to what gears i put in i know i did gear it down too. i think it might be out of alginment or something or just that i was putting on used clutches too . the sled i got this on is not a cfi motor just a stock motor 700 thanxs for the input just going to keep on using it tell it goes again
