full slp exhaust or tunnel dump can on m1k

i have an 09 m1k and i was set on doing the slp exhaust with a box. then i found the tunnel dump muffler which seems like a better idea since there would be no exhaust cap off. Obviously there is a hp gain with doing the full exhaust and a box compared to the can but if you have more un useable hp compared to less usable hp.... seems like the second option would be better. Plus, if i just did the tunnel dump can, no need to spend the coin on a box. I know everyones first response is the do a y pipe and a pipe WITH the tunnel dump can but i just am not willing to dump that amoutn of coin at this time. So, in everyone's experience on this site, full exhaust with a box and have the extra hp and risk bogging or do the tunnel dump can and use the other money for other goodies?

If you do a lot of riding in over the hood powder do yourself a favour and purchase the tunnel dump.If you ride in set up snow most of the time go for the HP.I have just ordered my tunnel dump after last year getting the speedwerxs single pipe.
It just seems when ever you start sucking exhaust in the deep it is always at the worst of times Eg.cliff right beside you.
In my opinion M series cats should come with tunnel dump from the factory.

we lots of fluffy powder days here in utah which is why i'm leaning towards the tunnel dump

My buddy has the SLP full exhaust on his M1000 and doesn't seem to have any trouble with a powder bog. We ride Cooke City all year, so yes, we see lots of DEEP powder. The SLP can has a plate on it that helps seal the can to the belly pan.

I would opt for the full SLP setup. I have not heard of people having the bog with an SLP setup and there is a lot of Hp to be had. I am running the full SLP setup on my 08M1K and have not had any issues with bogging. In stock form the M1K has major issues with bogging and the speedwerx tunnel dump is a great fix but a little pricey for me.
