Fuel pump accelerator?

Has anyone heard of a fuel pump accelerator? Anyone running one? Kevin at MM Sports says I should add one to my 2008 M1000. He says it takes the voltage and amps it up. He says they are using it on the new kits and no fuel pressure regulator. Suppose to amp voltage to 18 volts and spin the pump faster.

Is this the same or similar to what Boondockers is using or the Branix voltage and amperage regulator that Dakota Performance is selling?

I don't understand how it can work without a FPR.

Im running a BD fuel pump booster. Its pluged into the acc. plug an and using the lighting coil to run the fuel pump once the sled is running. And its taking the lighting coil voltage and adding 3 to 4 volts to it. I have one on my 2008 TM1000. I tried to use BDs high flow in tank pump with it but both pumps I got from BD are bad. Im running a stock fuel pump with a BD booster as of now. Its hard to know if the stock cat pump will flow enough fuel until it cant and the sled runs lean.
