Fuel Gague

Last year I got the wife an 08 Adreneline 600 (rev style). She rode it a few times and loves it, but the fuel gague (it is on the tank, between your legs) doesnt work, it is stuck on 1/4 tank. Is there a way to fix it?? If so how? Thanks for any help.

Fuel guage

My '05 did the same thing last year. It came apart inside the tank. I just pulled out what was left and replaced it. Wasn't very expensive. Good luck.
