Fu boards test report

ive looked at all options and if they offer them in m series at the same price as the iq then they can count me in. if not ill go with fast lane

If you want to sell and market your product you need pictures, that's the proof of how well they work! I won't doubt that they do work, I've worked with hdpe and pretty hard for snow and ice to stick to that stuff unless it is roughed up and scratched.

We have already posted install pics, but i know that i need riding pics I will take some the next time i got out. But honestly they look the same after riding in the pow as they do in the heated shop. I have to drive all the way to revy again for pics since there isn't any snow in washington yet, and i'm not going back to revy until the strip club in up and running again, which will be two weeks or so haha

HEY LUGGER155!! So you can't take a pic of your FU boards for two weeks because your sled is still on the hill, can't you just snap a pic off the trailer I don't care about the scenery you'll be at in two weeks matter of a fact I don't want to see snow unless it's under my sled and the way that's going maybe sometime in January.

the fact is snow will stick to anything if you get enought the idea is to make it slide off better as long as there is big holes to kick through it will work pretty good the only thing with the fu board is there are only connected to the cross bars you do not cut off wich are half filled with holes i would just be worried about them not holding up after a lot of riding. the others have been proved need some real time on fu boards to see if they will last. not sure i would take the chance

guess I should of checked http://snowest.com/forum/showthread.php?t=108216
those kind of suck the only traction is the ny-locks should be called "F UP Boards" I was hoping for some extruded traction that would rip the he!! out of my boots

Hey smart guy what kind of sled do you ride. If you ride a dragon or any raw sled you should know that there is insane traction on the edge of the running boards, I have a HUGE GAPE in my thumb from those damn things.

well we will see by the end of the year how they hold up. i don't have a doubt in my mind they won't hold up. I ride the piss out of my sled and i'm kinda hard on them, so i'll test them out good. When you install them your not cutting out any strength, your actually adding strength

I think you meant to word this differently, or maybe not :face-icon-small-sho

Ive put close to a million miles on in the shop with the new fu boards really easy to install, tons of traction, I think they look better than better boards, and seem to be stronger. A friend of mine installed better boards on his ski doo while I was installing the fu boards. My boards have no flex where his better boards sag 1/4 to 1/2 inch when he stand on them he's only 160 pounds full gear, My two cents fu boards are the way to go.

I'd like to see a picture of the said ski doo with the Better Boards... I've never seen a sled with a set of Better Boards flex like that unless the install was screwed up.

Glad you like your FU boards...

I have a set and love em. I thought long and hard about the better brds. Im sure they would work well too but i really wanted to try plastic. I wasnt in love with the bolt and nylock idea so what i did was to rivet the FUs to the sled and then screwed in berstrom track screws into the FUs for traction. Was a fair bit of work but turned out very well. Hope the pix work.

If you think "Better Boards" don't fail..... well.... you're just plain wrong.

I'm glad to see some of guys are using the fu boards. I'm very pleased with mine. It's so nice not having any build up on the boards. It makes the day so much better.

Still lotsa talk and no pictures of actual insnow use, what gives?
