Well, we are finally done fussing over the details and are in production with our new vented CF side panels and our sleek new IQ hood. The side panels sell for $220.00 each and come vented and ready to install on your sled. The price is roughly the same as a new stock panel with a vent kit plus you get the following benefits:
*our panel is 3/4 of a pound lighter and much more rigid so you don't have the flimsy vented stock panel pushing into your clutch or muffler while the sled is on its side.
*The vent is already installed saving you the time and mess-just pull your existing panel off and bolt ours on.
*The vent is set below flush of the panel surface to eliminate brush and branch snags.
*The vents are easily replaceable if you damage the material.
*The tabs are less likely to break off due to abusive removal and installation procedures or cold weather.
As for the hood, we have taken the IQR pod and morphed it onto our RMK hood from last season-the end result is stunning. The new shape lends its self well to being extremely strong as well as giving your sled an aggressive low profile look and saving weight.
*Weighs 5.5 lbs
*attatches directly to your existing hood hinge
*available with a cold air shelf installed to allow the headlight pod to be vented for intake into your stock airbox-works extremely well for turbos also as an intake area.
*vent floors are raised to allow more clearance with twin pipes under the vents.
*carbon fiber vent kits are also available for the IQ chassis and the stock or our mod headlight pod.
*The guage mounting surface has been layed down flatter for easier viewing while standing.
*Available with or without factory guage cut out and mounting bracket
The hoods are selling for $600.00
These are hand laid/vaccum bagged parts so it is a time consuming process, we will be caught up with our current orders for these panels and hoods in approximately 8 days and will still continue to take pre-orders so if you are interested or need more info about any of these components feel free to call or pm.
