1 of 3 (from what I have been told) D+D mod motors made for the IQr chassis in 05. Its based off the 05 440 IQ bottom end, with D+D sand cast ported cylinders cut to fit w/ thier pistons and heads, and it has rave style exhaust valves (can't remember the company that makes the conversion kit). Makes peak power at 8600 (iirc, have to look in the notes again).
The motor is complete, ready to bolt in, add your clutches and some gas and pull the cord.
I put new pistons straight from D+D in it and checked it over and refreshed it. I've only ran about 16 gallons of gas through it. Pulled it out and installed my current 800 BB in my sled.
This motor runs on 112+ octane. Compression in each cylinder was around 185-190 psi.
I have the new style IQr 600 carb adaptors on it now, which work well when using pod filters.
D+D has low comp domes for it, if needed.

This motor does rip. Was used in semi-pro open mod, got the hole shot and made it to the top of Spirit Mtn. first.
