front mount alpine turbo towing safety issue

ok.. here is my rig, but i will have the yami cover on it..i no the wind will be spinning the impeller on this since i do drive about 1200 miles to get to the good stuff. my ? is will the turbo burn up because of this or am i just worried for nothing.. thank you in advance for any reply.. chris

got my answer form alpine them selves.. vinal cover it, or plastic bag it, or it will burn itself up in no time.. thanx alpine... chris.

just cover the intake with a ziploc bag or something that seals it

I had a local upholstery shop make me one out of black vinyl with z draw string. For $20 it works great and is on and off in seconds.
