Front heat exchanger on 05 summit rev

Anyone know exactly how much clearance would be gained in the front of the tunnel if the front exchanger was removed on an 05 summit rev chasis.

Thanks eddy. I appreciate it. I could of measured it myself but I am out of town working right now and trying to do clearance calculations in my head right now w/ the sled not present. Adding the 2.5 extreme track, 1'" extension in chaincase and removing front heat exchanger. Should give me lots of room in there.

this should be interresting

I work with him and it's getting good around here watching him create his Frankensummit. If he were to say it himself it would sound a little something like this... "I is a good welder". We've converted a Polaris fan!! This Rev will be a Dragon eater!

1" extension to chaincase

Her it is, kinda ugly but strong and straight! Should be a good addition to my sled...Will definately help me get on top of the snow better! What are your opinions?

It seals just fine! I created the sealing groove in the cover for the o-ring and also created the raised lip on the case sealing surface as well. Have already had oil in it and all is well.

I Thought That I Read Somewhere, That Someone Made A Longer Chaincase. Just So You Didnt Have To Butcher Your Other One. If Anyone Knows The Name, Let Me Know. Thanks Steve
