Fresh 03 800 with perc 000 Miles!!!

I have a fresh 800 with the big bearing put on the new crank fresh from SLP, also has fresh pistons, 00 miles since rebuild oil lines are still empty. It is an 03 with PERC that has complete rebuild and ready to go. It has all wiring cdi and ignition box, $2000 or $2200 with clutch and carbs(plus shipping of course).
Also have the stock pipe if wanted just pay the extra shipping.
I was rebuilding this for my own sled but bought a Struther's 910 while I was waiting for it to return, now she's for sale.

Does this have the VES vents blocked ?
Will SLP offer me a warranty on this if I buy it from you ?

I just shipped one from MN to NH (UPS Ground) with $1000 insurance and it was $86. Hope this helps.
