On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd have to say she rates at least a 20!!

I was dealt with a very crappy situation from another parts dealer and FreeAgent went above and beyond anything imaginable to make things right.
I'd never even ordered from her before this happened but it didn't matter to FreeAgent or the others that helped me out.

I could never thank her enough!!
