I've had some product issues with Klim and she stepped up and got me taken care of when Klim wouldn't. Because of that, I've ordered close to $1,000 of parts from her. Now, I just got my bibs warrantied and she 2nd day shipped them so I can have them for the w/e. I really appreciate going the extra mile and getting a discount on parts. She even does aftermarket stuff, I ordered a skins bumper from another vendor and told them them what day I had to have it by and they screwed it up. I mentioned it to Michelle and she said that she sold those also. I sure wish that I had asked her if she sold that bumper.

Yeah she is awesome. I needed prices and she helped me out. I decided to not fix it and sold the sled to a guy that needed the tunnel/bulkhead. Even though I didn't order She will have my parts business from now on
