Fox Problem

Anyone know if fox will prey on deer fawns?

we have a lot of fox around this year and we just found some fawn legs near one of the dens.

Basically are the fox safe or are we going "shooting" tonight?

I wouldn't think a fox would try it unless fawn was abandoned or injured already. Might be wrong, but fox usually go for smaller prey than a fawn.

Now a coyote, indeed it will.

Leave them fox till cooler weather, make it worthwhile to shoot them.....
