Fox evolves on IQ, where to start

Wondering if anyone had experience with the fix evolvs on their IQ. I need a starting point for air pressure. Do I want them stiff or somewhat soft. I do mainly boondocking, tree riding. Any help would be great.

start at 50 and adjust from there every time you ride it might need to be different
