What are you looking to have done?
Is it just a little crack that is leaking and needs to be sealed or is it something more serious?

It is cracking and settling. The house is from the 40's. The blocking is breaking and the stairs are seperating from the house as well. It's too big of a job for me to handle.
I really dont know what needs to be done. I just need it done so my house doesn't fall over. haha

Twin brother of Choad, get in the loop Kim. Just hanging low Kev, retired in June, started a business, doing some other stuff, back golfing and fly fishing and a bit of traveling for motivational speaking - good gig. Hope to see everyone this weekend.
