Foundation help needed.

Funny you should ask

I just picked up a new product that will blow you concrete guys away that is just being introduced in the US. I'm in commercial flooring and it's a long story how I became the rep for the PAC NW but check it out. www.lock-crete.com check out the power point.

It's a penitrating product 8 times smaller than h20 that goes about 8 inches in to an open slab through the capularies (sp) and reacts with the Portland Cement turning into a gell, forceing the h20 out of the slab and waterproofs it.

You can drill 3 inches and still h20 proof. You can go from pour to flooring in 5 days or less. (We did it in 3 with sheet vinal and it stuck no problem) Moisture is a thig of the past. Prevents small cracking, makes it stronger and can handle 150psi of hydrostatic head with a 20 year warrenty and it's also 100 green, you can dring it.

Dude,

It's not going to fix bad back filling or honey combing but it might help you. The only thing is you have to open the slab or wall by grinding or bead blasting. give me a buzz if you want 425 753 9875 eric

Thanks for the help guys, I spoke with Articboy on Monday.
It's obviously an issue of water finding the path of least resisitance and making it's way in to the wall in the house that is below grade.

The down spout is right were the problem is, so I trenched a path for the water follow away from the house.

I'll dig it out and fill the cracks where 2 sections of foundation meet and seal it up real good.

Tear out drywall, dry it up and redo the dry wall, mud and tape!!

It's for my inlaws and their in their 80's.
