I have a 2007 dragon rmk with a silber non intercooled, o-ring fit air box with blow off valve kit on it. We were in Chappel creek in Valemount BC last week in the most powder I have ever seen! Anyways could not get my sled to boost over 6lbs and I was getting pretty choked. Called Justin the next morning at 8 and he told me to change out the 3lb spring in the wastegate and put the 8lb spring in, because the small spring could not hold back the wastegate flap, and lets exaust bypass the turbine. Well I changed the spring in like 20 minutes and it made my trip the best I have had. I finally got to see what a turboed D7 could feel like! The rest of the trip I was running 14-16 lbs of boost on straight av-gas and the thing was a monster!! On the last day we were nearing the end of the trip I was getting curious to see what these D7's could take so I turned my controller up to around 18lbs of boost, and the next pull I blew a weld out of my stock pipe!! I had to idle down to the truck, but it makes me feel confortable about running 14-16lbs all day. I have to say once again, stand up service by Justin and Thanks from a happy customer. I will post some pics of the pipe, it sounded like a bomb went off!! lol
ps. What kind of boost are most guys with a 700 like this running? I was at 7000' when I blew my pipe up.
