My group uses a garmin Rhino that thing saved my bacon in McCall. You always know where you are and where you buddies are and where you need to go. And its a great radio with a ear piece

So Buck is back in town? He helped my buddy get his 900 out of the bottom of the hole on the backside of Gallagher a couple years ago.

Buck is back and cutting Firewood. I was coming out of Lake Ann early a few weeks ago and he was heading up all by himself......

I see him at the Pioneer coffee shop in Cle Elum at times. He's on my facebook....The guy thrives on heading up to help someone........

it was Dave from rooster built, Kenny nw motorsports and Don who I haven't met. these are the guys that Todd even says in his post above that it was these guys. these guys deserve alot of credit especially after what I have heard. they new the area the guys were in and new where abouts they would be and found the tracks and followed them down and found them.

Buck was telling us that a Apex headed up Lake Ann hillclimb into the rocks Saturday and crashed it hard so it took some work to get it out. Was that the same incident?

We did that ride several weeks ago and tried to locate the way to drop down to fish lake road. Since we were unfamilar we reluctantly back tracked out the regular way. Glad we did. Sounds like even for the experienced you can pick the wrong path. Good to hear it was a happy ending.
