I have fouled a couple plugs now, both times were during warm-up anyone else having this problem? Got 700 miles on and has ran pretty good this rest of the time does have a vibration at low speeds.

I had the same problem i am on my third set of plugs right now with just over 500 miles and they fouled during warm up dealer told me i shouldn't be fouling plugs but who knows whats wrong

try champion n57 ycc ans see if that doesnt fix it..mine has done it twice..changed out the ngks with champions..no more issues...

are we talking 600 or 800?my 600 seems to have vibration also just coming off idle worst after running sled on trail for awhile.1300 miles on mine i have noticed that also at slow speeds sled seems to not run smooth like it is loading up?wondering bad injectors?hard to drive sled slow

These things seem to be pretty sensitive to gap. I was told .018 after having a bad bout with .027, which was where I gapped my old D8. What's everybody else doing?

Ves gold first time I have ever ran it, have always used cheap injex before this sled. Seems to run good yesterday with new plugs.

There is a break in set up in ECU mine did a couple of plugs early. Also had dealer check TPS mine was off a little.

Over 600 miles on before I fouled a plug so well past break in. Heading west tomorrow just hope it runs as good as it has on the previous trips out there!!!

800 MILES ON MINE, Not a fooled plug yet. Like my Banshee, I let it warm-up to only 65 on the temp gauge then slowly ride it from there till she gets up to 120 then I giver ****. I'm not a bielever in letting sleds or any two smoker idle all day. Like it's been said, it's all part of the 2 stroke experience.:face-icon-small-hap. As for setting plug gap as long as it fits under your thumbnail it's OK with me. Never had performance issues because plugs were wrongly gapped.

Just fouled my fourth set last night on my fifth now i talked to a local mechanic and he thinks two of my four injectors are bad.

????? Two of your four injectors???

1200+ miles on my Pro, 500 miles on Val's Pro. Both sleds still on the original set of plugs. Always idles up to 120 degrees before heading out-- I'm so anal I warm the sleds up once at my house to 150 degrees to heat soak, then drive to riding area 35 minutes away and warm up again to 120 before letting them rip.

Running Polaris Blue Semi-Syn oil.

Riding 6,000-9,000 feet in Lake Tahoe, CA

Fouled plugs

500 miles on my Pro with three sets of fouled plugs. Riding at 1000-4000 ft, running VES Gold. Sled has been to the dealer twice and they have ordered a new injector (shocking! its back ordered) but still can't find a cause of the problem.
