In the majority of all his health care bills, the bills are targeted to help out all minorities. He is trying to give reperations without actually calling them "reperations". He is also trying to make it where more minority stundents can pass through medical schools whether they get good test grades or not. Is it just me thinking this, is this guy really trying to benifit the whole country or just minorities.
