So I have been searching the internet and even looking at other polaris models to try and find tunnel reinforcements for my 05 Fusion 900. There is a lot of flex in the rails when I stand up and ride moguls or small jumps and keeps working the rivets loose around the front reinforcements. Does anyone make something for the IQ or is there a model I could retrofit some from?

if you install Better Boards in your sled, they help stiffen the boards up as well.

My sled has coolers on the boards, slp boards wouldn't work. Does anyone make some that will work for the fusion? Also does anyone have any pics of some installed reinforcements or a fusion with different boards...I am curious how the they look and work.
